 6:30pm Club Run & Circuits at 7pm & Core Body 8pm

 8:30pm Club food and chat

Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

 6:30pm On the water

Thursday

 6:30pm Club Run & Circuits at 7pm & Core Body 8pm

Saturday and Sunday

 Various outings throughout the day
